Yes. everything you see, we have created and designed with something different in mind. whether its fun, scary, gothic, cool or just plain weird, we thought others would like it so we created it.

Do you make everything in house or is it by a third party?

We make everything in house and everything up to order. We keep a small stock for up to date orders to aid efficency in shipping times. This is across our range of products

What can you tell me about the quality of your clothing?

As listed in our clothing information page and on every clothing listing, we include as much information as we can as to the fit and quality of our garments. This includes and printable product we sell.

Yes. we include information in our clothing information page and on all apparel/clothing listings. We try to include as much necessary information that we can.

How can i be sure of quality when buying my product?

Accepted Answer

You can rest assured we take great care and time in making sure our products are of the best quality they can be for you, the customer. Clothing is top quality, printed,cured, checked and rechecked before shipping. Jewellery and related items are made of quality metals, mainly stainless steel or sterling silver. All our earrings are hypoallergenic. We avoid metals that most people, known or unknown are possibly allergic too or would have a reaction. All this information can be found in our allergy information at the top of the page.

I don't know if i'm allergic to any metals, how can i find out?

Unfortunately, you usually find out by trying. We don't take any chances of this happening with our products. We have our allergy information page for anyone to take a look at, please take a look but otherwise, we can only advise caution when purchasing an unknown metal jewellery product.

Will your jewellery turn my skin black or green?

Accepted Answer

we confirm that we don't choose to sell any items of metals such as pewter or zinc, that MOST people can be found to have some allergy with. We only sell HYPOALLERGENIC earrings. We only sell stainless steel or sterling silver products for quality purposes. If we do ever have any items that are, for example, silver plated or oxidized, we will CLEARLY state this in the description or face to face if we are at an event locally. Please purchase with confidence. You can always ask us prior to purchase if you are unsure.

Can you make custom orders?

The answer to this is possibly, It would depend on the product in question and the customer request. We don't automatically say no, but we ask that you contact us through our website with your request and we'll do our very best to help.

I wanted to purchase something i saw at an event you attended but i can't see it on the website. Can i purchase it?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is yes. We don't show all our products on our website, this is partly down to stored stocks and what we make to order as it can be a shorter or longer process to create something. We take some specific bonus items to trade events as special purchases but it doesn't mean that we don't have some extra stock. we don't want anyone to miss out or regret not purchasing something on an impulse so please message us via the website and we'll see if we can help.

If i place an order, how long can i expect to wait to recieve it?

We work on a 7 day processing system. All orders come through in time stamped order and we process them as such. Some orders may be shipped faster than others or indeed, arrive sooner than others. Most of the time, we average 7 days due to alot of our products being made to order.

My order is taking a long time to arrive, why?

Accepted Answer

We try to work within a processing time that suits everyone, this includes the postal and courier services. We always send acknowledgment emails when we dispatch items but we can't have any control over the time it takes to arrive when its left our hands. We are happy to chase up delayed parcels and orders but we ask that you please leave adequate time to allow for delays before contacting us.

Depending on the product and the reason, there is always a possibilty. Best thing is to contact us with as much notice as possible to give us the best chance to try and help.

We will accept some returns under certain circumstances. Please contact us if you have any enquiry.

We are happy to accept returns of unopened items, undamaged and unmarked items and items received in error.

We don't accept returns of printed items due to be made to order. We don't accept returns of items damaged, marked or opened as we cannot then resell to customers openly and honesty.

As per our returns policy stated in other answers, we will accept certain returns and circumstances. Whether the item is a sale or discounted item doesn't matter.
